I had a rolling shutter installed by them several years ago. First then laid it on the concrete and scratched it up and had to order new slats. After they finished it still showed light through the bottom slats. It also made noise and then thumping until finally, one side just fell down. ****, the owner, was arrogant and threatening. He called me gay (I'm not but not the point) and refused to fix the problem, even for money. This is not a good company to deal with. It is only **** who answers the phone. The time before last when we called he said, "I'm sick. I don't want to talk. Don't call again." His installer said that he had mental issues and that *****'s son was trying to get him to retire because of that. This was an expensive ten-foot shutter. We now need to call someone else. The manufacturer said that the breakage was due to improper installation. Poor installation. Atrocious customer service. Deal with them at your own risk! You've been warned!
