My son was contacted by Paragon and harassed by an attorney saying that a truck he sold had been involved in a hit and run and I was liable for the damages. We tried telling them we sold it and we didnt have the buyers information. We finally were harassed so much that we agreed to a payment arrangement of 50 a month , which we have been paying faithfully for years. I tried to call/email the and the numbers have all been disconnected. I wanted to see how much more I owed.Initial Complaint

I just received a very disturbing letter from this company regarding an incident that occurred over 4 years ago. I did in fact rent a vehicle from Sixt Rent a Car and while parked in the parking lot of a ****** in ********, a lady backed into the parked vehicle I had rented. At the time of the incident, I immediately called it and reported it to Sixt and followed their instructions exactly. I obtained the driver's license and insurance information from the driver of the vehicle, which in turn were provided to Sixt. I was instructed I needed to do nothing further. Therefore, it is quite odd that for four years I have not been contacted once about the situation. I have even made subsequent rentals with Sixt and have an active account with them. Never has it been mentioned or come up in the four years since the incident. Until now, when a letter from Paragon Subrogation Services was sent to an old address of mine demanding $511.25 for this incident. It contains a claim number *******. It includes threats regarding payment and suspending my driver's license. As you can imagine, I am not inclined to do anything with this notice since it certainly seems to be fraudulent or some kind of gag to obtain money.Initial Complaint

On 12/30 I received an email from Paragon subrogation about a payment. I 'm currently on a payment plan with them for $50 a month. That's due at the end of each Month. For some reason they sent a final notice about a payment that was missed, which was not the case. I made my $50 installment payment on December 30tht the same day they sent the notice. I'm not sure why this was sent to me because in my contract that I signed it clearly states all payments are due by the end of the month. I called and replied with multiple emails about this matter and why I got this notice and still haven't heard any back from them. All I'm asking is a response back saying that my account is in good standing that the letter was mistaken. I never missed a payment or got behind. My file number is ******. I have proof that I made my monthly installment on time and the payment was made by the end of December.Initial Complaint

The business has been harassing me with emails and phone calls with false claims that I owe money from my former insurance company Esurance. I spoke to Esurance and they told me that I left with good standing and I owe nothing. This is the first and only email I received but then the phone calls began every day this week. I have attached the email that was sent to me. We have attempted to contact ************** to resolve this claim. We left her a voice mail message on December 05, 2022, at 8:35 AM PST and sent her a letter the same day. We did not hear back from her, so another message was left on December 09, 2022, at 8:21 PST and then on December 12, 2022, at 12:17 PM PST. If she had called us, then we would have presented our evidence and explained further the reason for our letters and calls. She did not call Esurance as we have access to our clients notes and the last note is dated back to October 17, 2022, when the claim was re-assigned to us.
Kyra ***** was paid $1,898.84 by our client ********************** back on January 29, 2021, for damage to her vehicle 2014 Kia ******* LX with VIN # ***************** due to an accident. The check cleared on February 09, 2021. Her vehicle 2014 Kia ******* was then repossessed by the lien holder Allied Solutions, LLC. /******** ************** with no repairs ever done. I have attached copy of both proof of payments. The payment made payable to Kyra ***** to repair the vehicle back in January 2021 and proof of payment showing Esurance was forced to pay the lien ***************************** ************** again because the vehicle was repossessed with damage.
In reviewing the claim, I see that our clerical ***** added both payments, but we are only seeking reimbursement on $1,898.84 since ********************** paid for the same claim twice. If ************** has proof that the funds were returned to Esurance the please provide the same. Should you have any questions or need further information, please do not hesitate to call us.

I keep getting notices about a car accident I supposedly was involved in. I spoke to the Case Manager ***************** on July 1st 2022. I confirmed with her that they had the wrong person. We confirmed that I did not own a 2017 Chevy. Today, July 22, 2022 I received another notice stating that I owe $9000 and that they will be garnishing my waged if I do not respond. I called and received the managers name and number and have left a message with him as well, with no response.
