    I had a procedure done in October of 2024, I selected this place because it was in network of my insurance, and they could get me in right away, opposed to other ent clinics that had a 6 month wait list just for the appointment .. anyways they demanded that I pay in full before the appointment, or they wouldnt move forward. I paid my max out of pocket which was $4750they still have not processed my claim within the 120 days and when my insurance calls, they hang up or put on hold indefinitely I was able to file the claim on my end on my insurances website, but they cannot process it until we get the procedure 5 digit code and the medical diagnosis code.. I feel that they scammed me and think they can get away with it. They have not complied at all, and now medical stuff I had done after that is sending me bills and debt collectors due to me not paying. If this procedure claim was processed and done, I wouldnt have any medical bills after that because that was my max out-of-pocket. On top of them, not complying, its been really stressful to my life and Ive wasted a lot of my time crying on the phone with insurance trying to get answers on what to do.
