      Northstar Moving Company is alleged to have used falsified documents bearing my signature to assert that items they delivered from my storage to my home were damaged prior to delivery. This claim was made without my consent and contradicts the actual condition of the items before delivery.

      Avoid NorthStar Moving They Stole From Me!I wish I could give NorthStar Moving zero stars. My recent move with them turned into an absolute nightmare. Not only were they careless and disorganized, but they stole one of my boxes containing high-end items worth thousands of dollars. The box included luxury clothing, electronics, and irreplaceable personal itemsthings I had collected over years.From the start, their lack of professionalism was clear. They didnt bother counting my boxes, which should have been a basic step for any moving company. As someone moving into a high-rise, I trusted them to handle the process and assumed they'd be accountable for my belongings. Unfortunately, that trust was completely ************ hindsight, I should have checked the truck thoroughly before they left, but its clear now that NorthStar Moving took advantage of the situation. A moving company should ensure the safe transport of your belongingsnot become the reason they go missing. Whats worse is that when I contacted them to address the issue, they offered no help or resolution. They brushed me off as if my missing items were no big deal. Its infuriating to experience such blatant disregard for my concerns and for my property.This companys actions are not just unprofessionalthey're criminal. Their lack of accountability and care shows theyre not interested in customer satisfaction, only in taking your money and, in my case, your possessions too.If you're considering using NorthStar Moving, think again. Theyre unreliable at best and thieves at worst. Dont let what happened to me happen to you. Stay far away from this company if you value your possessions and your peace of mind.

      First of all I have moved in the past with this company 6 previous times. This was my 7th move and so I thought I could trust them. At 8:37pm I had to call a service to get a rattlesnake out of my garage granted it was open to be nice to the movers and let them move everything in. Then they said they needed the car out of the garage so my elderly mother moved it to almost in front of the neighbors house on the left in the street. I would say roughly ***** ft away from the moving truck which was on the right side in the street. Well when they went to leave they rear ended my brand new car. I called the business and they said sorry. Well its too late for sorry. Words are words, actions means a lot more. This company I thought I could trust has zero integrity. I offered them water my mother and I were nice to them. I even made trips in my car before the move so they had less to move. This is unacceptable and I will NEVER use NorthStar moving company again.

      Dear *** or Madam of the BBB,

      As stated in the complaint, our truck rear ended the claimant's car. We are very sorry this happened. However, accidents do happen occasionally.  

      We are absolutely committed to repairing the damage to the car. We have communicated this to the claimant and are in the process of doing so.

      We are a little confused with the conversation about rattlesnakes, leaving the door of the garage open or moving a car out of a garage so furniture can be moved into the home. We are also surprised with the outrage and hateful remarks about an accident we have said all along that we will take full responsibility for. 

      Be that as it may, we will continue to work with the claimant until the car is repaired.
