  I was verbally harassed and berated by one of their employees while attempting to enter a venue with my service animal. The employee refused to identify themselves and was not wearing appropriate identifying markings. This person was insolent in their approach and continued to follow me for over ********************************* along the way. I believe my civil rights as a disabled adult have been violated as I was not able to exercise my political right without being harassed by a paid *********** what world is this an appropriate way to treat someone with a disability?

  I WORKED for this trash company, they dont operate dealing with the handling of garbage, but the way this company is ran is. 1: When needing to get ahold of a supervisor its nearly impossible, extremely frustrating especially when time is of the essence! If an employee has questions, needs information, or needs to provide information NO ONE is available. (For example: emergency to hospital, running late, unclear event location meet *******)2. Three weeks went by and I did not receive my paycheck. The first week, I called and informed a supervisor, and was told it was a paperwork mistake, and was insured I would receive it the upcoming pay day (next week)I go to location to pick up my paycheck that promised Friday, and STILL nothing! The weekend goes by and Monday arrives, I figured to call to ask to make clear the issue is known, and action is taken to resolve the issue over the phone Im told its all taken care of, as long as that paperwork is handled by Wednesday, youll get your check on Friday! (With strong doubts it was handled, I said alright. Friday and NOTHING. Meanwhile I still having to go to these event locations to work for this company that owes me MONEY these people are a**backward and function mostly relying on pieces of paper attached to a clipboard that is floating around (and has gotten lost) for keeping track of employees work hours. ITS A multimillion dollar company, functioning as if its the early 90s and were in a factory with punch cards for hour tracking. To top it off 12.00$ an hour. Yes $12.00. SMH this is just a snow ball upon the avalanche of chaos They can easily be avoided.We like to listen to our employees ideas, and feedback some of our best ideas have come from our employees. - said during orientation. (At that moment, sounded promising, hindsight red flag!) I didnt even get into the situation about the one hour window to pick up your check, in the middle of a stadium parking lot. ***** please help them!

  I was at an event this last weekend on April 30, 2023 at ********************************. I arrived with 3 of my family members. ******************* walks up to us and tells us our daughter can't enter because her bag doesn't fit in a tiny container. Her and her dad went back to the car to drop off the purse. I went inside and waited for them. Beginning of a lot of issues.1. Ticket had some instructions but nothing about a purse size limitation and no prior warning about purse size limits.2. I noted other females were allowed to bring in big purses bigger than the size requirement. 3. I called *** school police and asked the *** supervisor to speak with me. ******************* came inside and she spins around and whispers in the ear something to one of the *** staff and leaves without speaking to me about my complaint. 4. The daughter arrives indoors and went to the *** vendor and bought some snacks and drinks. At no time did any of the staff say those items could not be brought into the auditorium. We arrive at the entrance of the auditorium and the *** staff tells us that we can't bring in the snacks but drinks okay. We get a refund on the snacks. We aren't allowed in because one of the drinks is an orange juice. I noticed a few others had bought sodas from the same vendor. Someone in a black suit tells me that *** means Contemporary Service Corporation. The rest of the staff said they don't know what *** means. 5. **, the supervisor of the supervisors was nowhere to be found.6. After going into the auditorium and sitting I heard someone state that if I said anything else to kick me out.7. When the students went in single file onto the stage to graduate the names got mixed up. My own daughter was given the wrong name on the video screen as she was congratulated by the President of *** for graduating. The President began to have to apologize for the messed up names.No complaints allowed. Flowers over priced. Misinformation on items sold. Poor crowd control.
