1 starI had a bad experience with El Clasificado; my business, they ruined my ****** two business profiles Also in their site Clasificado my logo was horrible, I had few call from customers need other type of help. Also a pass El Clasificado customer called me saying I was using his business in El clasificado. I think his free advertising number was forwarded to my business number. not recommend it at all.Thanks to ******, I had a bad experience with this company.Review fromElizabeth R

This business discriminated me for using other competitive platforms to advertize my ADU that i have for rent. Posted an Ad for a Legally Converted Garage also known as a ADU, El Classificado made me buy points called BRINKA so that my ad could be at the top and have more views. Well an hour later my ad was removed and my $20 were automatically deducted from my bank account. I then contacted ******** from customer support she stated that my ad will not be aproved because i posted in other platforms (offerup) and that the solution was to stick with those other platfroms. sBerenice also stated that any ad i post with El Classificado will automatically be fagged. I was def. discriminated and was treated unfairly, I was not given the same oportunity as all these other posters with unpermited apartments on El Classificado. A lot of these ads being allowed by el Classificado dont even meet building and safety codes but anyway thats none of my business. All i wanted was a solution and instead i was told that the problem was that i posted in other platforms and due to that the solution is to continue to use the other platforms. The only other platform i used was ******* for a real apartment from a real person who paid with real money to engineers and contractors to build a safe place to rent.

THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND ***** I would like to file a complaint in regards to the service rendered by this company. after the passing of my husband, the companies sales representative found out and started charging my husbands account $214 every 7 days for advertisement of a business in which the owner just passed away and one is not sure if the business will continue. it is a shame that the representative of the El clasificado still continued to charge the amount for months after multiple warning to stop the charges. this act is very disappointing. ******************************* is the Rep that performed this evil act.El Clasificado
