    Requested and only purchased a $1 report, they texted to ask if it sufficed, I said it didn't include what i wanted (property lines for my and neighbor's home), they sent me a revised copy and started charging me $30 a month, caught it on month #2 and disputed it with my bank credit card department... manipulative practices!

    SCAM ALERT: They charge you $1 and then charge you $30 after that. They are a scam. My bank called and said they blocked a charge. so I had to get a new card.

Our service is completely optional, and the letter we send clearly states multiple times that homeowners are not obligated to pay.     Same as everyone else. They charge you $1 and then keep charging you $30 after that. I have had to cancel my credit card. They are a scam.

    I ordered report for $1, webiste clearly says $1 charge for 1 report, then I was charged fraudulently for an additional $9.95. The lady on phone was quick to get me off phone, red flag #1, I asked to speak with manager and manager refused to give owner names, name of company, etc. They lied to me and told me it says on website $9.95 but I was on sight and was there at the same page they were and it mentioned NO WHERE.

    DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - You can get property record FREE from County Recorder directly. This business scans the county records on title change (which again, is free and accessible to everyone) and targets new homeowners, sending a letter that looks like as a government document, with some hypocritical disclaimer to free itself from legal responsibilities. They put your personal information at risk by sending out these letters. It's a shameful and disgusting business, which is borderline scamming. Never use them.

    What a scam! Fortunately legal counsel had forewarned us about scammers like these when we were setting up our trust. I already have a copy of the deed. If I need another I can get it free from the County Recorder. A complimentary copy means FREE of charge. A processing fee of $121.50 for something I can get for free elsewhere? Outrageous, ridiculous, audacious, sleazy and disgusting practices. You are simply preying on the uninformed. If I could give a no star or negative rating I would.

    This might be a legitimate business but with very shady business practice. Why charge people a lot of $ for something thst they can get free or at a lower cost. The letter doesn't even list the lawful owners of the home. Still seems like a scam although they claim legitimacy!!!

    This is a scam business. Buy a house and you get a letter asking for $100+ for a copy of your deed that you can just get from the county recorder.Love how their response to other BBB complaints is "We are a legitimate business entity."Sure, Jan.
