    I contracted the above business to do a hard wood floor. I informed him that I needed the job to be done on a Friday or Saturday. He said he would order the *****. I did not ask him to rush the order. Gave him a $1000 deposit and told him to contact me when he had the materials . He called and texted me that had the ***** and will deliver. We had delays with the delivery and he finally told us that he will on on Saturday 8-5-23. He texted me that he was not able to come and had to be done on Monday. I told him that he need to do the job on Saturday and Monday was not possible.we went back and forth and I asked him to make a commitment for Monday. He got mad and sent me a nasty text telling that I was rude and was a drama Queen and he did not want to deal with me and wanted to only deal with my husband. The last text from him was that the wood is yours and you can find some else to the job. I did tell him that he had ni respect for my time and he was unprofessional ! This morning I got a text that said his workers are coming to do the job And I told him that there is no needs d I will see him for a refund. He texted back that the $1000 deposit was for the special order and he owes me nothing. There was never a request for special order and on the contract there is nothing that says anything. I need to get my deposit back. I am a retired person and can not afford to lose money.I just need to get my deposit back.
