    I purchased Printshop 6.4 Deluxe for use in my work as a mental health crisis response coordinator where I use art therapy. I purchased the program two times after assuming it was possibly a download issue with the first download. The Printshop program still does not print, will not save work to the desktop, nor in a PDF file to be printed. I paid ***** for each download. I prefer the problem be fixed because I have been using Printshop versions for 25+ years until this recent version. If not, I want my money refunded.Here are links to view others having the same issue. ****************************************** ******************************************************************************** I added a copy of my receipt for the download.

    Hello, 

    My name is ***********************. I am a Product Manager with Encore Software. According to our records,  a support agent has attempted to reach out to the customer but there were no responses. To ensure a timely response from a Technical Support agent we suggest that customers add ****************** to their whitelist in the allowed senders section and this will guarantee responses. 

    With this said I am escalating this issue to another agent for resolution on this problem.

    I am rejecting this response because: 
    I have attached a screenshot copy of the response I received from Encore software. There is no error message nor anything to video when I try to save my work, save it to a PDF, or try to simply print the work I do in Printshop. It just doesn't work! I cannot imagine that Encore Software is not already aware and familiar with the issue due to all of the exact same complaints that have been made about their software not saving nor printing.
