I purchased a motor transmission combo from **** in February 2023. There was an estimated completion time of 6-8 months. I paid monthly installments in 5 months totaling $22,900. There has been no communication from this company since October 2023 despite my numerous phone calls, ******** messages and emails. They have blocked me from all social media and have not returned any phone calls or emails. At this point I am looking for a full refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased an engine and transmission and paid in full for the product. **** refuses to communicate and will not send the remaining parts I have paid for. I have tried calling, messenger, and email and they refuse to communicate. Not they have blocked me from their social media sites and messenger. June 26th 2023 I seen on there business page that they would be doing some type of raffle I was interested so I showed interest so I connected them spoken with someone do the details so I decided to enter after entering they stopped answering there phone and not getting responses so finally I was able to speak with someone the said they moved shop and some other things that didn't sound right so I asked of I could just get refunded and then they never pick up the phone again let messages after messages if someone can contact me never got a response I've connected there business page they wouldn't respond but continued to advise there product biy would not respond to and still they now they won't respond or return my calls of messagesInitial Complaint

We reached out to ***************************** with SOCAL SALES SOURCE ***** or it looks like SCSS Industries, to order an LS3 rebuilt engine. 2 CAM KIT CHROMOLY PUSHRODS PAC ***** VALVE SPRINGS MUSCLE CAR OIL PAN RETRO VALVE COVERS LS3 IGNITION COILS ALUMINUM 102 MM INTAKE W/ DBC THROTTLE BODY BILLET 8 RIB PULLEY KIT WITH A/C STANDALONE HARNESS FUSED AND RELAYED TUNED ECU FULL TURNKEY AND READY TO RUN. We paid the total amount of $16,313.25, and now, after two years, we still do not have our engine and are completely out of this money. I paid SoCal Sales Source over $11,487 to build an engine for me. They gave me one excuse after another, and never produced the engine. In May 2023, I purchased a car motor from SCSS Industries, LLC for $12,000.00. The initial down payment was $6,011.62. Monthly payments of $1,502.91 were made through September 2023 , when delivery of the motor was expected. At this time, communication with SCSS Industries suddenly stopped. Phone calls and emails were not answered.In October, 2023, I received an Invoice for the remaining balance of $3,005.81, due in February, 2024.I made an attempt to pay through SCSS 'Square' payment system and it would not accept my payment. I have been unable to contact SCSS since that time.I want to know where the car motor is and why it was not shipped in September, as agreed upon.I will be happy to pay the remaining balance....AFTER the motor is DELIVERED, as I now have no faith in SCSS Industries.Otherwise a FULL REFUND is expected, as I do NOT have the motor I already paid $9,017.44 for.Initial Complaint

I made a $5631 partial payment for a LS Engine from SCSS Industries. I have not been able to get any response from the vendor in the past 2 months. I am basically being ghosted by them. I have emailed them. Left them messages on ************* Left them voice mail messages. All with no return call or message. I have seen them respond on ************ to other potential new customers. I fear that they are continuing their scam on others. I feel helpless being that I am located multiple states away. Any communication out of them would be great. Purchased a LT1 Gen4 engine package from SCSS. Intial down payment of $8,848.12 made 3.10.2023. Completed all payments totaling $17,696.25 on 7.10.23. Invoice states 4-6 month build time. I have emailed multiple times and called but only receive an answering machine. ***** at Socal Sales source received my payment in full over 13 months ago for complete LS1 engine and 4 x 4 transmission. I have tried to communicate with him over the last 4 months and he states that he will complete and deliver the full package but does not. I have tried almost everyday to contact him via phone and text with no response. I would suggest any new buyer to not work with this company.
