    I had open this account on Oct. 2024 and I had canceled this account before my 7 day trial ended. Therefore, I was not charged for the monthly payment of $49.60. However, 5 months later, I was charged $49.60. They will not refund my money. They finally canceled on their end.

    In response to the complaint, our findings show that on 10/04/2024, the customer successfully enrolled in a 7-day $1.00 trial membership to Yourrent2own.com.  


    In the complaint, the customer stated that they had canceled this account before the 7- day trial ended.  We have no record of the customer cancelling the membership either by phone or email.  We provide our customers with multiple options to cancel their account, they can contact our customer service center during business hours, email us anytime or online using the Contact Us form, to cancel their service.  We respond to all emails and contact form questions within 48 hours.


    Furthermore, every customer is immediately sent a Welcome Email that provides our contact number and email address for questions or cancellations.  Again, we have no record of the customer contacting us during the trial period or prior to their call on 03/01/2025. We record all calls for quality assurance purposes and document all contacts.  On 03/01/2025, the agent canceled the account and provided the customer with a cancellation number and sent an email confirming the cancellation immediately. 


    On 03/03/2025, the account was canceled and as a one-time courtesy we have issued a refund. No further action is required.  Please contact us if you have additional questions.
