      Hi my Complaint is about the company Acoustica, Them make online music recording software.I bought Thier software online from Musicians friend in Ca. The complaint is against Acoustica,***** Junction Dr Ste ***, Oakhurst, CA *****-****.I have included some attachments and support contact references to describe this problem.The only other problem is Musicians friend says they dont give refunds on downloaded software.The real complaint is that Acoustica email support has been very rude,short ,blunt and doesnt research any problems,As you can see right on thier website page they show people playing real guitars,and I have watched all thier tutorials showing plugging in real Instrument instead of virtual Instruments.My settlement complaint is that I would like someone to PLEASE see if they can get better help from support from acoustica,If not Id like to get compensated for this,I can contact Musicians Friend for the online purchase if necessary.They told me to buy a instrument usb interface to help record live instruments, So I bought a M Audio usb device for the computer,And thier only response has been,You need to load an Audio track.In the illustration it shows loading an audio track,arming for recording,When you click on the bottom record button,It mutes all the other tracks and only plays a metronome clicking,Yes I have even loaded a track where the other graphs of music is. Dear BBB here are all the attachments showing everything,I hope that you can work with Acoustica to get answers, I like the software,They just dont seem to be giving enough help support.Thank you very much, ***** **********
