    I purchased 2 cartridges of what the website showed as hybrid, however the item I received was indica. I called and spoke with a manager that hung up on me when I requested a refund for the incorrect item received. I called, text, and emailed budee with with pictures explaining my concern and still have not heard back. They definitely have scammer tendencies.

    I used to purchase from a very reliable local delivery place here in Los Angeles County called Ganjarunner...which is now owned by Budee. And, ever since Budee took over, customer service has tanked. They won't even stand behind the occasional defective vape (my preferred product type). I had a ******** way through use twice in recent months, and in the first case it took me repeated attempts just to get a little credit back and the second time they kept asking for more "proof" when I was perfectly willing to let them test the defective vape themselves. And it wasn't even about the money - I tip their drivers as much as I was asking in a product credit - it's about trusting long term customers. I advise against buying from them!
