    Contacted Custom Vehicle Wraps (CVW) based on the phone number on their website. Spoke to person named ***** in Nov 2023. Gave him my history with CVW wrap on my food truck 10 years ago. Asked for ******************* the owner and was told he stepped out. Told ***** wanted a full rewrap and estimate was given. Dropped off truck at their ****** facility appearing on CVW site. 03/06/23 was met by ***** and two other men at the site. ***** personally peeled back some of the wrap with a heat torch and gave me an estimate of 1 week. He also had keys to the facility and opened it. At that point, ********* and ***** picked up all correspondence. Both had an ADS-SF email address and Email logo. I assumed they were employees of CVW as I was never officially told that the install was being handed over to them. Both the estimate and invoice always had Custom Vehicle Wraps logo at top of page in addition to ADS. Also, the install location in ****** was on CVW website and not on ADS. Truck was done on 3/22/23. Looked good and payment of balance due made. Within 2 months the wrap began unpeeling and bubbling on the passenger door. I Emailed pics to ***** and he said it was an easy fix but he kept stalling saying he was waiting for pics. I called ***** and complained but he consistently told me I had to deal with *****. He said it would be taken care of and not to worry. Getting nowhere with ***** and reminding ***** that I hired CVW to do the job he agreed to do a inspection and document it with pics and video. At that time he told me the vinyl was not high quality, the install was not done properly and highlighted mistakes that repairs were going to resolve. An entire rewrap was deemed necessary. I asked him to provide all the media he took to ***** the next day when they met. He said he would. Initially I wanted a full refund which ***** refused. I then asked for vinyl only so I could take it elsewhere. They did not accept this offer. Avoid at all costs
