I received 2 transactions on my credit card, one from August 1st 2023, the other one from August 4th 2023. The first charge had the booking information charge.prezi.com415-4948313 US, ****** USD I blocked my card and got a new one, which immediately showed another attempt for the same sum. I never signed up for Prezi.com, I do not know how they got my credit card data, let alone data from brand new credit cards I literally had just taken *******************. I want a conplete refund and absolutely no further contact except regarding the resolution of my issue.I read some generic answers of prezi.com not being able to find customer data in their data base. I have three mail adresses and have moved twice in the last years, so a cross check with my name only should yield best results.Business Response

On 1/22/2022 we were charged $60 by prezi.com. We have never heard of this company. We tried to contact this company without success. Apparently others have contacted you with a similar complaint. How did they get our credit card number and why are they still scamming people? If the BBB is aware of this problem why has nothing been done about it?Business Response

I signed up for a free trial on prezi to complete a school project in 2021. After I was done with the project, and upon receiving an email about my free trial running out, I promptly canceled my subscription. Today, November 30, 2022, I was charged their $60 annual fee after I had already canceled LAST YEAR. At this rate, the company is a scam and once you sign up you're done for.Business Response

I ordered a package through *******.com which was fulfilled by Prezi, Inc. Despite the website/tracking saying the package was delivered when in reality, it is not here. I have asked my neighbors if anyone collected the package and nobody has. I have reached out to ******* customer support and followed their protocol regarding non-received packages and they've since contacted Prezi to dispatch a new package for delivery. However, Prezi continues to state that the package is located somewhere on my property and will not dispatch a replacement package. ******* order number: 2000101-91316674 ******* support reference number: 220906-79120-7829-0000Business Response

We acknowledge your complaint and apologize for the challenges you shared in your letter. Further, we have no record of your name or email in our records. Per the above, we are not able to assist you.Customer Answer

Two years ago I purchased a trial from Prezi which did not end up working on my device. I graduated shortly after the purchase and was locked out of my school email since I was no longer a student which made it impossible for me to get any notifications about being billed or log-in with a forgot password since it would only route me to verify my no longer accessible email to get login help sent to. I have now been charged over $38 each for 3 yearly subscriptions to which they have made it impossible for me to cancel or get a refund since they do not allow calls or support unless you log in to their website which I cannot do. This is absolutely an act of fraud. You cannot charge someone for a product that you wont allow them to cancel.Business Response
