    I purchased a membership for platform hosting for client services last year June 2023. Knowing that my contact was coming due for renewal soon and that I was stepping away from my own business, I emailed cohere support on 6/12 asking to not be charged an additional year (roughly $778). I received an email back the next morning asking me to complete a survey and all would be taken care of within 5 days. I completed said survey and the next day was charged for an additional year membership. I reached out to support again, this time directly to Basit Islam, asking for a full refund. I heard nothing back. I emailed almost daily until 6/19 when I reached out directly to ********************* the owner of cohere. She copied in ****** and ****** to get this resolved. Since then, I heard from ****** on 6/20 stating she was speaking with management on next steps that afternoon and would be reaching back out to me. Since then, Ive emailed again, all 3 ladies each time, and heard nothing back.
