      Used this company for my wedding on 10/15/2023 and complained in person, followed up in emails, and havent not gotten any response besides a response on Yelp from someone Ive never met or worked with at EvntWrks. -they advertise to be wedding planners. When I complained services were not provided, they claimed they arent planners and its not their job -my florals were dead when delivered on the day of wedding -they lost several of my vases/decor provided. I did not even see a lot of them being used the day of so I dont know where they went -claimed they do set up and clean up services but after the wedding claimed it wasnt their job, so now its not their fault my decor is missing. I even asked several times in the planning process if my bridesmaids needed to help, and they told me no, they will take care of it all. -said they do table side pouring but are now claiming theyre not allowed to -taxed the service charge on my tab -charged my florals per vase, but it shouldve been charged per table (as stated in their Yelp response, and I had proof of the mischarge). I had 16 tables but was charged for 35. -food was not what was advertised at all at our tasting -workers did not provide basic table service as advertised and paid for -original contract did not have a charge for table linens, but it was added at last minute without my consent or notifying me at all ************ claims they do it all and really push you to use them as your wedding planner. When you hold them accountable for messing things up at your wedding, they will say it was never their job in the first place. They completely deleted my online portal with conversations the moment I complained. I still have my contracts, but it goes to show how much proof theyre trying to hide. They will also lie and make stuff up on public platforms and try to get reviews taken off. They have not responded to any of my attempts, but for some reason have tried to follow me on social media.
