    Date of service: May 1, 2024 they did not disclose that they are not licensed and do not have insurance and they hire day laborers who are unlicensed and uninsured and do not have experience. They ruined our entire house. The color is not what we chose at all. It's far darker and more yellow/orange. There are glops of stain poured on in several areas, some areas are black. The paint and baseboards are ruined. The walls themselves are chipped and damaged. There are areas where you can see large circles of stain glopped on and there's a large circle of extra stain in the middle of the room. These guys set off the fire alarm because they didn't cover the smoke detectors before starting to sand . They didn't cover anything!!! Instead of calling me, they played with the panel, trying to figure it out and even slammed their hands onto the panel. My panel took a 5 minute video of them cursing and slamming their hands on the panel, trying to stop it. They never called me though! The fire department was called and I was charged for that call. The stove doesn't work now because It has 1/2 inch of sawdust inside of it. The brand new windows do not function because they are full of sawdust. Had house painted prior to this. It's ruined. The vents are full of sawdust so we will hire someone to come clean the venting system. There's handprints on walls and cabinets and counters. In one place it looks like someone fell and his stained hands streaked down the wall. The baseboards need replacing due to damage. my husband called them. ***** then told him she couldn't pay anything because she had paid the guys and didn't know how to contact them. they already cashed their checks so she can't get the money back to give to us. ******* refunded me but we need compensation for damages. When I asked for insurance, ***** told me she had no insurance and no business license. said ************ her, began coughing dramatically, saying she was having a heart attack, hung up.
