    The company is suspected of engaging in fraudulent shipment practices, deceiving consumers, and refusing after-sales service regarding my order. The logistics information indicates that my package was collected on December 20, 2024, but there have been no updates or delivery since then. Despite the severe delay, customer service refuses to provide any feedback on the current status or estimated delivery time of the package. The after-sales team merely insists that I wait without offering a concrete date, solution, or compensation and has rejected my request for status confirmation. I demand that the merchant cease deceptive practices, provide direct feedback on the package status and delivery time, fulfill their service obligations promptly, and offer compensation for the inconvenience caused.

    Alibaba.com is a total scam company who will rip off Americans. They are a *************** who prey on Americans. You will purchase something on their website Alibaba.com and you will not get what you ordered. They say they have trade assurance but this is a lie and let chinese people scam people all over the world. I would stay far away from this company and use other competitors. They allow anyone to sale and always side with chinese people even with video and pictures and tracking info. STAY AWAY FROM ALIBABA ***** YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED>

    I am writing to address a serious issue with my recent order from ***************************** a seller from Alibaba. The items I received are not as described and are, in fact, counterfeit replicas. This is clearly a breach of our agreement. I placed the order on June 19, 2024 and received it June 21, 2024, after unboxing the the replica items, I contacted both Seller and Alibaba however both are not following proper procedures!Attached is the message from the seller confirming what I was supposed to receive. The items that were sent do not match the description or image that was provided by the seller and are damaged. This misrepresentation and failure to adhere to Alibabas guidelines.As shown in the screenshot, even the seller acknowledged that the items were different. Despite the evidence provided, Alibaba is refusing to refund me, they are not treating me fairly or acknowledging that the seller sent different items. They are not adhering to proper procedures and policies. . Despite explicitly asking for confirmation of the items being sent, I received counterfeit replicas instead of the genuine products described. This is clearly fraudulent and unacceptable.

    This company is knowingly sending counterfeit items to minors throughout the **. My son purchased cologne from them in January. He decided he did not want to keep it after it showed up 2 months later and after Alibaba refused to refund his money. He tried to sell it on ***** then **** closed his account for selling counterfeit items. I sent documentation to his bank ***** Fargo and they are refusing to refund his money. Alibaba, through my investigation, is a *************** seeking counterfeit items and shipping them throughout the US to minors. I know of 2 other kids that they did this to in the town I live in.

    I purchased items to sell during Christmas, but they never arrived on time. Consequently, I initiated a dispute. Subsequently, the vendor contacted me, informing me that the amount I paid had been disputed. I promptly contacted *********** to rectify the situation, and they released the funds back to me. However, the vendor claims they never received the money from Alibaba.I've been in constant communication with ***********, Alibaba, and the vendor throughout this ordeal. **** *********** is citing a 180-day statute of limitations and is unwilling to intervene further. As an unemployed mother who was trying to make ends meet by selling these items, it's incredibly frustrating to be left in this situation.I utilized my credit card precisely for moments like these, to protect myself from such occurrences. Since the issue was still unresolved within the 180-day timeframe, I believe this limit should not apply. I demand that the money be refunded from Alibaba to my credit company before April 20th. Failure to do so will leave me no choice but to pursue legal action against all parties

    On 20 Jan 24 I paid $1235.88 in hopes of receiving 2 scarves(@139 each),1 wallet(@$179), a handbag and belt. Initially I was told that some of the items were on back order. I waited months to receive items & needed to contact *** in late March to inquiry about all items. I hastily received 2 of the items, but I then inquired about the missing items. I was told that they are no longer available, so I asked for a credit card refund. I was told that is was impossible for them to do that, but if I gave the, access to my bank account they would credit me. I am certainly not giving a company that it unable to fulfill its basic orders any access to my financial well being and they appear unable to figure out how to return a credit my card. Currently I am seeking $460. credit refund for the 3 missing items.

    I agreed to purchase items from a vendor within alibaba platform. We agreed to a purchase price of 3800$ and a 45 day timeframe to manufacture what I purchased. I paid 3000$ up front and After 60 days I asked them for the items I paid for. They stated I had agreeded and signed new contracts for a purchase price of over 7000$ with half the amount of items I initially was getting. I put in a claim with my bank and a return with alibaba. Which alibaba has refused to return my money even tho its been over 5 months and I still have recieved nothing from the order I spent 3000$ on. They have completly scammed me out of my money and I all I want is my money back. Please help. They are stating I signed a contract that I never signed. They took 3000$ and sent me nothing in return. Please dont let them get away with this

    I ordered a carburetor from Alibaba on the 1st of February and I have not received it. The company just keeps telling me to wait patiently for it but it has been 3 whole months since I placed my order. I did not receive any confirmation of it even being shipped till the 27th of February 2024 . I was then told that I would have to travel from **************** to ********** to deal with customs and pay any and all fees related to the package. I didn't receive this information till around the 13th of March, 2024. I refuse to pay anything more for this item because I have already paid for the shipping and handling fees when I placed my order. And besides what idiot would agree to travel over 1500 hundred miles and pay for the fuel that it would take to get there, when they have already paid to have it delivered to my home address. I have already tried filing a complaint with their trade assurance division and just keep getting the runaround. I want my package and some compensation for all of the stress and mental anguish this whole ordeal has caused. I had the bike sold a month ago if I would have had it running. But now I am stuck waiting for this carb to arrive and my buyer went and bought himself a different bike. So I have to wait till I can get a new carburetor and then repost the bike for sale again.
