    The dispute is an over due invoice in the amount $6,350.11. Since 2021, we've never received a bill, invoice or call from this company. Since we had a squatter living in the residence for a number of months. We were not allowed to terminate any utilities per California law. We inquired ourselves how it got to this amount with no notification of suspension of service. We were told there attempted to contact us three times at the premise. Also were told they tried to read the meter, seven times, for a disconnect, but they were unable to find the meter which is at the front of the house in plain site. Needless to say, my son ****** who lives there about flipped. He has absolutely nothing to resolve this issue. We've been calling the billing department for the monthly invoice from June 1st to date and we paid them if full. I think this problem is in there count and this money accrued is ridiculous. Let us know what you think? It's a thorn in our side. Thank You
