      ******** customer service. Spanish ads started popping up on the station I listen to the most, I don't speak Spanish nor have I ever been on any Spanish speaking stations. I let it go for a bit thinking it was just a short term issue. Turns out it wasn't, I finally reached out to the "customer care team" and was told they were going to look into it and get back with me. They never got back with me so I reached out again and was told sorry for the inconvenience here is 30 days free premium and that now their "sound engineers" would get involved. They asked me to send examples so I've been sending screen shots of the ads that are STILL coming through. This has been going on for months. The best they could do after I had reached out multiple times was to tell me to "listen to a different station". Pretty weak answer on their part. Now they won't even respond to me, nothing at all. Their customer service is terrible and they are not even bothering to look for a resolution to the issue like they said they were.

      Pandora deleted my personally curated playlists for no reason. When I reached out to Pandora Support, they tried to gaslight me that I had more than one account, which was not the case, and ignored the proof I provided of my account. They asked for my detailed credit card information via email and when I deemed it unsafe, they suspended my premium account citing fraudulent behavior. I asked them to elaborate on their accusation and they ghosted me. This is ridiculous.For a company that accuses customer of fraud, ******************** Music is certainly sketchy.

      They allow organized crime to hack into my music in which they harass me while Im trying to listen to music. Trying to drive me crazy. Cancel your Pandora services. If you support Pandora you support organized crime

      I have done everything to cancel my account and I can't get anywhere either by phone or email.
