    TERRIBLE & DECEPTIVE. I would give zero starts if possible. Read the terms and conditions carefully as they have deceptive languge to rip you off. I have been a mechanic for over twenty years and by far the worst experince I have ever had with a used engine. The warranty is worthless . They charge a core knowing it will cost more to return it and then tell you they will let you keep it like its some kind of deal. They will try and run you in circles when you try and communicate with them. You have been warned. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS!!!!

    PLEASE, DO NOT buy an engine from this company. I bought an engine from them a few weeks ago. The goal was to save me some money. Turns out that the engine leaks oil. In order to get a replacement, they said I will have to take the engine out and ship it back to them so they can send a replacement engine to me. The problem is that it will cost money to take it out, ship it and have the replacement put back in. They told me that they won't cover the cost of labor. I tried to reason with them to have them issue me a partial refund or share the cost of repair for the engine so I could keep it. They refused and said that it is my problem, not theirs. This is very painful and indeed, I have learnt my lessons. Please, do not make the same mistake I made. It will cost you. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

    All of our engines are sold with a no labor warranty. In a warranty situation we will send for the engine to be picked up and will ship out a replacement engine. We cover the shipping cost on our end. We just do not cover the cost of labor. This is stated as item #1 of our limited warranty.

    1) Purchaser agrees that EngineWorld is not responsible for any cost of labor, parts, towing, installation, dismantling, reinstallation, transportation or freight claim, car rental, loss of work/wages, and/or any other related costs.

    Please contact us by calling at ************ if you have any questions or would like to file a warranty claim and move forward with getting a replacement engine.

    i ordered an engine for a jeep 5.7 hemi 4x4. before buying it they could not supply me with photos so i can verify that their engine is the same. When i received the engine spending over **** dollars it looked different. after putting it on an engine stand i saw that my engine parts would not bolt up to this engine. after 3 weeks the engine world knowing this fact and after blaming me for the mistake they finally agree that the engine is not usable to me. I ask for a refund and i have been getting the finger pointing run a round. I should charge them 100 per day to store their wrong engine. DO NOT BUY AN ENGINE FROM THESE GUYS. HAVING A PICTURE OF THEIR ENGINES WOULD BE SO EASY TO DO... EVERYONE HAS A CELL PHONE.

    I bought a used engine from them but they sent me a rebuild engine after doing all work done found out the engine had problem They have done unprofessional job and dont care about peoples money and time very rude people

    BUYER BEWARE !! Should be renamed, Engine Wrecks !! Got an engine for my **** ****** Baja turbo, through my mechanic. Driven less than 700 miles and head gasket blew. Conveniently, the short warranty period was up. My mechanic finally got someone at Engine Wrecks to answer the phone. Refused to send a different Engine. Then get a phone call from the mechanic saying my turbo was burnt up. Then get another call, saying the heads are warped !!! My car is ruined !! I am out about $8,000 !!

We have no problem assisting if it is something purchased from us. We have a full call center answering phones all day, so we are easy to get ahold of at ************. From what you describe, your situation seems like it may be with a different company. Please let us know!
