  ***** and ****** employ deceptive methods that run afoul of the laws that govern conduct for process servers. A few examples of their misconduct include presenting themselves in an official appearing vehicles with lights atop the roof in an attempt to deceive someone into believing that they work for city government. ***** will loudly approach a location like a human peacock and will peer through windows, doors and any other vantage point while yelling at the person whom he intends to serve. He does this by verbally berating them in an attempt to elicit an in person response/confrontation. Although one would imagine that anything short of criminal means to effect a service is permissible, it is not. Licensed and bonded process servers still have to conduct themselves in a professional manner, this includes not impersonating a government official or utilizing unprofessional language or means to engage a person. This is a low class outfit. Although I support minority businesses, I cannot support a man who tries to use race to bait someone. I literally have ***** on camera loudly asking the neighbor if they have "a little Black in them" as if to insinuate that black people are more likely to act aggressively. Egregious behavior from someone who is bound by a code of professional conduct and unconscionable when you consider that I recorded the entire interaction from across the street and still have great audio evidence.
