      I closed an account or unit that I was renting from them in January. I filled out all the proper paperwork that was given to me and I was told that I didn't need to give a notice, although I did give about a 5 day notice that I would be ending my rental at the end of the month. Since then, I have still been charged for February and March rent on Feb. 9th and Mar. 6th. I have gone in to the office, called and left a message, and e-mailed them about this issue, over the course of the last 2 weeks or so, and still no response/resolution. I need to get a full refund of $270.00 total, for 2 months of rent. I believe they have my card on-file, so they have been continuing to charge me. I understand that they somehow switched their system recently, and that caused some delay with the first charge. In any case, I should not have been charged for 2 months of rent.

      I have spoken with Mr. ******* ********* on 3/13/25 around 3:30 pm, and he stated that he misread the statement, and thought that the refund on 3/6/25 was actually another charge. He has agreed that there is no open claim and that the matter was resolved on 3/6/25.
