      I spent weeks studying for the entrance exam and hours physically taking the tests and doing to audio. I passed my exam and then was accused of cheating even though this is not true. I have been banned for life for something I did not do. The company will not elaborate on what happened nor will they call to talk to me about it. This is unfair and ridiculous. I took away many hours from my family to do this job correctly.

      Can't agree more with the other posters. Potential transcription customers, please know that the transcribers working for this company are being paid unconscionable wages. Potential employees, steer cleer. It takes many hours to qualify to get more work, and even then, only the quantity of work improves, not the pay. After working for this company for years, I questioned why two jobs (both of which I spent about half an hour on and got paid less than two dollars for) where rejected, inlcuding my $2. I did get a valid response, but then was demoted without warning from the "team" making my access to work much less. Not only is pay ridiculously and likely illegally low (in the US) since workers should count as employees, particularly in CA, but to get any substantial work, you must frequently check availability, and basically be on call. Steer clear, and spread the word!
