      *****. Merchant used ***** to deliver to a PO Box yet ***** does not deliver to PO Boxes.The packages were delivered to the wrong city. I asked the store to get ***** to retrieve the packages and deliver to the correct address/correct city.The merchant ignored repeated requests to help.

      Date 11/16/23 Order : MHD #***** I ordered three items off this website and immediately reached out to cancel the order. I was sent a response that there would be a customer service reply in 24 hours. I have yet to receive a response. Also, I called the location and got a voicemail. I left a message and no response. I believe this place is a scam that is going to take my money

      I went to a **************** leopard concert is the middle of September. The sold out of items quickly. I ordered the from the *********** store. Its 3 months later never received my items. All I find for them is an email. I email them and I get a generic email about a response I never get. Im out $80. Because of this I regret going to their concert.

      In May 16 2022 I purchased a fan club package for an entertainer whom I adore, I purchased this membership for a 1 year term.With the membership I was suppose to get a tshirt a welcome letter and some other things. I have not received these items, nor do I want them now. I have emailed the company and was given Im sorry we will look into it get your things out as soon as possible. I have not received the items. Just want a refund on my account. Thanks so much
