i have 2 injury from work. one for my elbow back in 12/19/22 and another for my foot on 7/11/23. Hired them in December since my insurance didn't want to pay me for being injured. I have been requested to change doctors since I hired them in December and stated time is of the essence to see a care provider who takes this seriously since I have had missed appointments by my doctor. Have had appointments where I show up and the business is closed. or resheduling of appointment and not notifying me of any changes. This has been a on going issue where I state my concerns and level of care I am receiving and have it be brushed to the side. it is only now, 8 months later after I reminded them that 'Time is of the essence" is a legal binding contract that requires them to do their due diligence in a timely manner. I have spoken to my lawyer twice in the past 8 months! They have not looked into my inquires with dealing with my claims adjuster(which I have gone through 5 so far. Every time I state labor code or legal codes I get a new adjuster.) giving me false information about not being compensated for missing work to attend a doctors appointment. I hired them because I wasnt being compensated. I am still injured and both insurance companies have stopped payments since last year in December. I would fire PACIFIC WORKERS looking over my case, however since there has been poor communication on their part i am not sure what will happen to my case since Ive already had them for 8 months. i do not feel comfortable with this firm. I have been stressed to the point where I am now seeing a therapist to help ease my anxiety and depression due to this whole situation. I want to fire them and seek better council but I have a fear I will be charged for work' that they haven't done. I have asked for their BAR NUMBERS for the past 2 weeks with out a reply or response. I would like a itemized list of what they have done, who they have spoken to and for how long they spoke to them.

******************** is a client of our firm. His attorney ****************** has been in contact with him. Upon receiving this complaint ****************** immediately attempted to contact ******************** several times via phone, but he did not answer and did not have voicemail setup. Notwithstanding they are in contact via text at this point. The nature of litigation dictates that we do not have control over all circumstances. For example, the first panel of medical legal evaluators issued by the state of ********** had to be replaced because the evaluators could not schedule ************************ evaluation within 90 days. A new panel took nearly a month to be issued by the state and scheduling with the new evaluator has taken time that is not within our control. I cannot discuss publicly other medical and legal details of the case due to attorney client privilege and HIPAA laws so I can only speak in the general terms that ****************** and his team are trying to move ************************ case forward. We are a contingency fee based business which means that ******************** has not paid us anything. Our fee is awarded by the court at the end of the case based on the outcome and work performed. ******************** is free to terminate our services at any time that he wishes if he is not happy with the way his case is progressing. EIther way, we hope we can help ******************** and wish him well.
