    THE CUSTOMER CAME TO THE SHOP TO HAVE HIS CAR PAINTED (1970 CHEVROLETTE CAMINO)  FOR THE PAINT AND BODYWORK  OF THE VEHICLE FOR THE OUTSIDE ONLY. (NO DOOR JAMS) WE NOTICED THAT THE CAR COULD NOT BE MOVED AND WE  PUSHED  IT TO THE PLACE WHERE IT WAS PAINTED AND FROM THERE WE PUSHED IT TO THE PARKING LOT WHERE HE PICKED IT UP. THE CAR WAS NEVER DRIVEN BY ME OR ANY OF MY EMPLOYEES. THEY ONLY WORKED ON WHAT WAS AGREED AND NOTHING MECHANICAL WAS TOUCHED AT ALL. AT THE MOMENT THE CUSTOMER CAME TO "TALK TO ME" ABOUT THE PROBLEM, I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT HIS MECHANICAL PROBLEM HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WORK I HAD DONE ON THE VEHICLE. THE CUSTOMER BECAME VERY AGGRESSIVE AND EVEN TRIED TO PUNCH ME IN THE FACE BUT I MANAGED TO AVOID HIM, AFTER THAT HE STARTED TALKING VERY RUDELY TO MY 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND YELLING AT HER AND MYSELF. WHEN HE TRIED TO HIT ME I HIT THE **** PHONE THAT I HAD  IN MY HAND AND THE **** PHONE FALLS ON THE ***** AND THEN HE TOLD ME "WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT"?.HE TRIED TO PROVOK ME TO FIGHT WITH HIM AND I PREFERRED TO GET AWAY FOR THE SAFETY OF MY CHILDREN WHO WERE PRESENT. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT THE CAR HAD NOT BEEN DRIVED AND WE DID NOT WORK ON ANYTHING MECHANICAL.THAT'S  WHY I WAS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MECHANICAL PROBLEM.

    The week of May 18th 2023 I took my my van as a return customer to this repair shop for replacement of my passenger side exhaust manifold. the week of June 15th i started to notice exhaust noises, on June 30 I drove from ********* ** to *********** ** to execute retirement form the ************* By the time I arrived in *********** the noise had gotten much worse. I took the van to a repair shop. I was told that the previous repair shop( All Pro Custom) had destroyed a stud mounting hole and had attempted to utilize adhesives to hold it in place. I was told that I would need to replace my cylinder head as the exhaust manifold could not be properly mounted due to the damage. I contacted the shop, with pictures and repair estimate from the new shop. I was told that it was like that, and that they were in no way responsible.

    The date of May 17th, we received an 2007 **** E350 Ecoline, regarding it's owner requesting a manifold gasket replacement, because of owner's suspicion of leaking. Upon ********** request, we proceed to go ahead and start with the vehicle repairs, not being long after we started, encountering with broken bolts and damaged cylinder head which was the cause of the leaking. As we have stated to the customer several times, this Ecoline van came in with damaged already, although we cannot be sure that the customer had knowledge of how big the issue was, he was completely aware of how difficult it was, because after we encounter the first two broken bolts, he commented that it was something that he expected and knew even before bringing the vehicle in, was gonna be difficult. After our encounter with the first broken bolts, and it being a recurrent issue on the passenger side manifold, we kept the communication active with the customer regarding the big of an issue that it was becoming for us to be able to remove all the stuck bolts and replacing the manifold gasket. Time and material prices were increasing because of the difficulty of the job, materials that were paid because of the customer's understanding of the situation. We are not responsible for any malfunction/damage on the vehicle, because it was already on before we worked on it. We did the best that we could, with what we had on our hands at that time, and the customer agreed to it all along. Invoice of the repair or materials list can be available upon request.
