      ******* was acting erratically from start to finish during my wax appointment in March 2020. It was like she was completely scattered and frantic. When I told her I studied Psychology in school, she immediately asked if I could council her even though I am in no way licensed. She started telling me all about her custody issues/problems with her ex boyfriend and began crying and asking me what to do. Literally while her head was in between my legs and applying wax. She would apply wax and then get distracted talking or crying and then rip the wax off later than it should have been causing extra pain in an already uncomfortable procedure. Because of this, the appointment took nearly an hour and a half which is much longer than a normal Brazilian. I can understand people have bad days but this was completely unprofessional. She also touched her glasses and face multiple times during the wax and then would just continue. After the appointment, she texted me a bunch at odd hours begging (not an exaggeration, actual begging) for me to come back and that she would give me discounts for the way she acted. Since then I have received texts from different numbers as well.
