    I made a reservation on 2/7/2022 for 3 nights staring on 8/4/2022 and left a deposit of $247.50 using a credit card. On 7/10/2022 I cancelled the reservation, which according to their policy I should receive a full refund. I did receive a refund for another reservation I cancelled that same day. Since than I have repeatedly called the park and asked about my refund. They have given me several excuses, such as they have new systems, the check is in the mail, and that refunds go out in batches. Each time I was told they would call me back which has never happened. I have talked with a ******* several times and a ******* two weeks ago. Today I called and only got an answering machine.I do have emails confirming the reservation payment and documenting the cancellation.
