    I ordered 2 chairs from Parkit on 9 Feb 2025, ORDER #*****. The two chairs were Voyager LTE classic blue. I paid $339.98. The company, PARKIT *** confirmed these chairs were preorder status and would ship in April. On 16 April 2025, I received a ***** tracking ID, ************ that confirmed my order shipped and would arrive on 21 April. The order was delivered on 22 April, but only contained one chair. On 22 April I emailed PARKIT ** to inform them only half my order arrived. I received a response on 23 April that said they were checking with their warehouse on the issue. I asked for an update on 24 April, and then again on 28 April, but have received no response.
