    I filed a nuisance/noise complaint due to a neighbor at ******************************************************************************************************, having chickens in the back yard that constantly make noises all day. They have impeded our quality of life and made it unbearable all hours of the day. The police department sergeant told me they would refer it to the proper department and said good luck. I contacted the Oceanside *************** and spoke with an employee at ************ who stated they would report it to the appropriate department. My family and I have been dealing with the nuisance of these chickens for over a year.
