I wish I could write a more positive review, but my experience at DogSpot in ********* was nothing short of heartbreaking and unacceptable. My family's small dog Pepsi was killed here at the Dogspot about a year ago during the overnight shift by another dog attending (German shepherd) and to this day haven't received a proper apology or compensation for the negligence. From the outset, the staff at Dogspot appeared friendly and welcoming. They seemed genuinely interested in the well-being of the animals in their care. However, this assurance quickly crumbled when I learned of the incident. Details were sparse, and I was left with more questions than answers. How could something so tragic happen in a facility that boasted of a safe and stimulating environment for dogs? The emotional toll of this loss is beyond words. ***** was not just a pet; he was my companion and friend. He brought joy and comfort to both my life and my familes life , and knowing that his last moments were filled with fear and confusion is heartbreaking. I feel an overwhelming sense of betrayal, having trusted Dogspot with his care. As time when on it became apparent to me that Dogspot management attempted to manage the situation in a way that minimized harm to their reputation rather than honestly addressing the grievous loss of a pet under their supervision. This lack of transparency has left me with more questions than answers and a sense of betrayal I never expected to feel from a place I thought was safe for my furry family member. I'm only giving two stars because a dog attendant helped my family and i through this difficult time. My heart goes out to others who have experienced similar losses, and I hope that no one else has to endure the pain of losing a pet due to such carelessness.
