    I had stain on sofa and submitted to uv3masterguard.Submitted the form, invoice from Kanes furniture and pictures of stains on sofa.They closed my case because of missing information.I missed my city, invoice number and picture of all sofa.On invoice I sent there was my whole address with city they were missing and invoice number.I had pictures of both stains of sofa but I forgot to take picture of all sofa.They sent me email that they received my claim and that they are going to contact me.Seven days later I received all forms in a mail that case is closed due missing information.They didnt want I mean he *********************** to send me email that I missed some information but sent me mail since I have only five days to complete claim.I call him and he was acting as only one in company which I believe he is,Very unprofessional and now that I see all the reviews I know that Kanes furniture sold me thin air which is cold uv3masterguard for $240.

    **************************** initially contacted our company on 12/13/2022 to start a warranty claim. He was e-mailed a warranty claim form and the instructions to start a claim. ************************** submitted his Incomplete Warranty Claim Request on 12/15/2022. He submitted pictures of the stained areas only. No picture of the complete item was submitted. He also submitted pictures of the warranty claim form and the sale receipt document on 2 separate occasions. This is unacceptable. UV3 Masterguard does not accept pictures of any documents used in the Warranty Claim Process. ************************** failed to follow the instructions. He did not provide a picture of the complete item which is essential to the warranty claim process, and he submitted pictures of the official documents and pass them up as originals. Why did ************************** do this. Only ************************** knows why he failed to Complete the Warranty Claim Request and submit pictures of the official documents and pass them up as originals. ************************** Warranty Claim was Closed as Incomplete, because he failed to provide the required items to start a warranty claim.

    This is a scam, all claims are denied, I filed my claim, it was denied the next day, I forgot to put the reason on the form ie caused by blood from the back of my head, had stained the headrest, I asked **** to add in on and approve my claim, he responded by closing my claim and will no longer reply to emails I want UV3 Master guard to come see the stain, confirm it is blood and repair it, or send me $200 to pay for the repair myself, can the BBB help me, I can send pictures ***************** ***************************************

    Mr. ***************** filed a warranty claim by submitting a **************** Request Form stating that the color is gone on the headrest of his leather chair. He does not mention any stains and no stains are present in his pictures he provided. Therefore, his claim was Concluded as not covered, because it presented damage that is not mentioned in the warranty coverage. The decision was based on the customers completed **************** Request Form and pictures he provided. On the Signature Line of the *************** Request form it states, I understand the information Ive submitted will be used to process my requested claim. I verify that the information provided on this form is true and accurate, which Mr. ***************** signed and dated agreeing to. On his BBB Review he also states that all claims are denied. This is not so. No Warranty Claim that has damage or stains mentioned in the Section titled What is Covered is denied.

    This is not true, I missed on form and later asked them to add caused by blood/oils from hair, confirmed by leather tech $150 to restore, if you check all complaints on BBB, History of denying genuine claims, UV3 Masterguard is a scam, they should pay me $150 to restore headrest, they cannot tell from pictures, they need to see it

    ************** states that UV3 Masterguard statements are not true. But it is true that ************** did not mention any stains on his completed **************** Request Form, and he signed the document where it states, "I verify that the information provided on this form is true and accurate. Also, oil from hair is not covered under the warranty like he states this is. UV3 Masterguard did offer ************** a full refund of the amount he paid for the warranty on his Swivel Chair In-Good Faith for this Non-Covered Damage to his leather chair.

    Blood is stated as covered on the warranty, they are just scammers, look at all the complaints We are just going around and around, so just refund me $59.99 and I will put this down to experience *****************

    Working with UV3 has been a pleasure. I first contacted them after a small tear in my leather recliner foot rest. **** returned my call and scheduled a repair after I sent the info and pictures and forms. Repair done, unfortunately another tear two months later. **** again took care of scheduling a repair but this time it was determined it cannot be fixed, my loss? NO UV3 took care of the problem and is offering a $$ replacement since the chair is no longer available.Well work the $75.00 cost of maintenance agreement. I recommend this service, for sure!

    UV3 is a scam they will deny all of your claims. Also Guad Maidena is rude, he is rude on purpose so you dont file any more claims. Kanes already knows about his behavior and are no better. Stay away from Kanes as long as they keep doing business with UV3. Is a scam.

    *************************************** DID NOT BUY A PET WARRANTY. And his dog scratched and vomited in several places of his leather sectional. Now his angry and frustrated and lashing out at anyone and everyone. I sympathize with ********************. But you did not buy a pet warranty; therefore, no one is to blame for your action or lack of.
