    This company was retained to provide and install new kitchen cabinets. It was supposed to be a 3-5 day install. We are now entering year 3. No work has been done since early 10/2023 by a subcontractor. The owner made contact at the end of 11/2023 stating he would call the next day, no call. The majority of the delays were the fault of ********************* quality control, to date the job remains unfinished. An employee showed up 11/19/2023 to finish the job which didnt happen. The trim pieces he brought for the upper cabinets was unacceptable due to size and style as I would not have been able to access coffee maker and stand mixer under the cabinets. He brought the quarter round for the floor but "didnt bring the right tools". He was unable to repair/adjust the drop down under the kitchen sink which has not worked properly since installed in 2022. Owner told us it needed to be replaced but that hasnt happened. At this point with no contact from the company we can only assume the job has been abandoned unfinished. Unfortunately we paid this company in full so we have no recourse. He has a habit of blame shifting so there is no point in discussion. He has previously stood in my home and screamed at myself and my husband for reasons unknown. Dont need to be verbally abused again.
