  Brought a broken window in for replacement two weeks before moving out of town. The owner personally removed the window frame and assured me it would be 5 days maximum. This after explaining to him I must have this back in the agreed time frame in order to move cross country. I call at day 5, no window. Call tomorrow it WILL be here tomorrow. Uh, okay. Call day 6, first thing in am to get this done. No one knows where the window is, its not physically at the shop and then Im told its still at the vendor in **. Okay, why? Oh the vendor doesnt pick up their phone, they dont return calls or update us (neither does first call glass) and it could be three to four more WEEKS! ***** also said they do this all the time and are a really bad vendor. To which I said it sounds like you shouldnt be using them and telling customers like me youll have it done when you have zero control or expectation of their lead time. I then simply said that the owner *** (needs to learn how to communicate and control his emotions) told me in no uncertain terms 5 days turnaround after I had explained Im moving cross country in winter and need a window for my truck shell, because Im SLEEPING IN IT! After four calls on day 6 getting the run around about how it ISNT THEIR FAULT, I had to stop taking what I was being told. I said this is a joke, you have no control over this process and have made no effort to adjust my expectations based on your crappy vendor. It sounds like you need to make better choices with your vendors and furthermore not lie to your customers just to get a sale. So I then get told they can install a windshield glass into a window frame that cant support it, will crack (heard the technician say so because they didnt mute the phone) but I wouldnt be able to open and close the window as I need to. Like how is that a solution. So being in a predicament and needing a solution they said we can cut some plywood and install. Yeah, came for glass left with a plywood window

  I have used this glass shop twice. They are very accommodating and have excellent customer service. The lady in the office goes above and beyond to help. I came to the shop in the morning and was able to pick up my car by noon. The price for each windshield was very competitive. I had gone to another shop right when they opened to try and get a windshield the same day but they could not accommodate without taking an entire day.

  Awful work, and equally awful customer service. My car is in worse condition than when I brought it to them. I only received a partial refund on the labor I spent, even after being berated by the owner.
