    Terrible customer service and terrible stylists. I paid to have balayage done. Im a light brown and had professionally dyed it brown. They are trying to say my dye was box dye and my fault. I paid $435 for *** hair to still be brunette. I have photos of before and after. I contacted the business after I left expressing I was unhappy and my wedding is in 2 weeks. The stylist before starting did not mention that multiple session would be needed because remember I told her I have a wedding in 2 weeks and not time in between to come back nor the money. I gave her a reference photo that she told me she could achieve. I did not sit under heat and sat for 3 hours processing. When she washed me out she said, oops looks like we have to do a color correction. I was not happy with the still brunette hair color because she toned it darker she explained. She did a good hair cut but not for $435. Im pregnant and was at that salon for 5 and half hours with no food. I told the receptionist who I assumed was the manager too, I was unhappy and it took me multiple attempts to get her to respond and I have those messages. She offered me 4 foils to fix it. That is not going to be enough at all. I just want my money back or Ill pay for a hair cut but not $435!!!! To get no results and rude customer service. BEWARE OF OVERPRICED SERVICES THAT YOU WONT RECEIVE.
