      My son walked into Creative Stylz on 09/29/2022 for a tapered fade haircut. My son noted hair on the chair and floor from a previous customer. The barber, *****, did not sanitize the equipment before the haircut; he wiped the tools with a dry cloth. ***** was given specific instructions on how my son (customer ) wanted his haircut. The barber, *****, was not only rude but refused any form of communication. ***** was asked again to trim the hair down a bit more, he rudely grabbed the scissors and clippers and snipped a few hairs, and that was it. The haircut was not cut evenly or neatly. I contacted the manager/owner, a female who did not identify herself by name to report the ******** behavior. She giggled and asked if I wanted to speak to the ******; I said I did. When speaking to him, I described what occurred, and he said that he was not the one that cut my son's hair. I then asked my son to describe what the ****** looked like, and the manager/owner stated that it was indeed the ****** that cut my son's hair. Not only were they unprofessional, but they were dishonest in not owning up to their mistake. I told the manager/owner I would take my business elsewhere.
