    ***** was the first contact made for my ac/heat pump condenser install. I had a brand new unit in hand that I needed installed, setup and new thermostat wire and unit installed. ***** was communicative right from the start. He came out, provided a fair written estimate and scheduled the job. He arrived with his helper punctually, and provided professionalism and follow-through all the way until completion. We had some unexpected hiccups along the way (compatibility issues and need for freon), but ***** worked tirelessly to get us up and running all the way to the end. What we thought would be a 3 hour install, ended up taking twice the time due to the unexpected. But where ***** stood out was the fact that he and his partner stuck through until the finish line without hesitation. What might have ended up in frustration and disaster with other firms, was not the case with RAW. While in the end the price went up substantially (due to my job's additional needs); I'm sure that if I would have gone with someone else it could have ended up disastrous! ***** you stand above the rest in your work ethic, high standards and intense knowledge and skills! You are the real deal, and my biggest suggestion is to never forget these facts; and to let others know before they hire you that you'll be on the job until it's complete no matter what curve ***** get thrown your way. Thank you immensely for your honesty and care of our job! You will be our go-to for future needs!

    From the first moment we spoke on the phone, ***** was courteous and very helpful. He provided advise on troubleshooting - like a family member would. I felt confident hiring him to service and repair my AC. ***** arrived on time, and listened to my concerns as I expressed my frustration with a popular TV company who tried to push me into a new 20K system that wasn't needed. ***** tested the system, and quickly found and replaced the faulty part to get my system operational again. Personally, I feel ***** was very sincere in his advice and work. I absolutely recommend RAW H&A to anyone who just wants an honest and knowledgeable professional.
