    Terrible company. Ordered 3 cartridges. Site states 4 business day turnaround. They charged me for all 3, but only delivered 2. Wasted hours of my time trying to get that 3rd cartridge. (My printer won't work without all four color cartridges.) Sent multiple customer service messages ....their reps kept giving me different answers and excuses. "Oh - it's on backorder - may be weeks until we have it". "Our system is having issues". "We don't have this item - we don't know if we're getting it back in". "So sorry...we don't have this item." They never indicated on the site or in my purchase confirmation that it was out of stock or I wouldn't have ordered. I needed this ink!!! Meanwhile I checked their site after one rep promised me they would immediately update it to show out of stock. Sure enough, website still shows as available and so they continue to take other customers' orders and money. That's fraudulent.They charged my card in full seconds after I placed the order. 10 days later...I'm still waiting for that cartridge. I'm a business and need to print legal documents - and I can't print!.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
