    We rented a limo from San Diego Limo Boss for my daughters Sweet 15. The driver showed up on time but the entire limo was dirty on the outside. it was not washed and the night before there was a light rain so the dirt spots were very visible. When we asked the driver why it wasnt washed he said they were waiting for another van to come but it was delayed so he had to take this one and it wasnt washed. You can see from the pics the entire outside of the limo was very dirty. My daughter and court were unable to get any nice pictures with the limo. We've been calling the limo company all week and sent them pictures but the only answer we are getting is "that it is under review". Its been a week, they took our payment and havent as much as offered any apology nor any type of refund due to sending a dirty limo. you can view the pics yourself. We gave them the opportunity to make it right and all we get is the runaround. If you are wanting to rent a limo heed the warning and rent somewhere else. You will be disappointed on your special day that you spent so much time, effort, and money that you will have no other choice but to parade around in a dirty limo.
