    I took my dirt bike (not street legal just desert) into the shop and spoke to ***********************. I originally brought it in to install new tubes. He told me my tires are for sand, not dirt and climbing so he gave me a quote for new dirt bike tires. I agreed via phone to new dirt bike tires. when I picked up the bike, he had installed street bike tires. I told him that was not what we agreed upon. I asked him to put my old ones back on. He informed me there will be a restocking fee of the street tires. I agreed to pay a restocking fee. when I returned, I gave him my card, thinking the charge would be around $300, but he charged me over $780. He charged me for the replacement times 2 and for the street tires. I told him I would pay the restocking fee, but he responded that I can't return them because they took it for a test drive
