      I purchased a tablecloth from this business on September 2, 2023. When I received the item, I was not happy with it. I contacted the seller, she advised me that tablecloths were not refundable. I must have misread the information on the website, or I would have never ordered the tablecloth. Anyway, seller did agree to take the product back. I mailed the package on September 26th and it was delivered on September 28th. I have yet to recieve a credit back to my credit card. I have contacted the seller with no response. I want a refund of $59.49. I would also like the cost of shipping which is $13.40 since the seller will not converse with me.

      Oilcloth is a small business and all tablecloths are custom made to order and not returnable. This is clearly stated throughout the website.

      The customer ordered the wrong size and stated she did not  like the color. I made an exception and agreed to let her return it since this is one of my most popular prints. Due to family circumstances I have not been in my warehouse to receive the package. Immediately upon my return I issued a refund and notified the customer. I am not responsible for return shipping as stated on my website.

      Body:Hello,I received my order on Friday, September 15th, 2022. Unfortunately, the tablecloth is not big enough for table and I am not crazy about the tan. I purchased a 60" round tan tablecloth with the mum flowers. I am contacting you for an RMA code so that I can return the item.

      Below are the Terms regarding custom made tablecloths listed on my website :

      PLEASE NOTE: ALL OILCLOTH TABLECLOTHS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

      And as stated on the return policy page:

      The website also states in the Return Policy : For items that are returnable, actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
