    False reviews on ****** led me to belive this was a reputable institution. However the staff have been anything but helpful. They are rude and condescending and disrespectful. They are lazy and refuse to do the job they signed up for.

Our goal is to provide respectful, helpful, and professional service to all of our customers, and its clear that we did not meet that standard during your visit. We take your concerns seriously and will be addressing the issues youve raised with our staff to ensure this does not happen again in the future. We believe in continuous improvement and will use your feedback to help enhance our customer service practices. We currently are experiencing a staffing shortage and are in the middle of implementing AI feature to help with our high call volume. This will improve long wait times and provide the patient an overall better experience. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we would appreciate the chance to make things right. Thank you.

    On October 22, 2021, I had foot ********************** performed by **************** from Orthopedic Specialists of North County (******************** Surgery Medical Group ***** On early October, 2022, I received a bill from Ortopedic Specialists for follow up visits related to the **********************. According to ****************, as well as the billing department at the time if my follow us visits, there would be no additional charges or fees since the ********************** fee paid to **************** on October 22, 2021 included follow up visits. On October 8, 2022,I left a voice message with the billing department @ Orthopedic Specialists regarding the bill I received.On October 9, 2022, I received a call from ****, a representative for a collection agency, who said she would contact Orthopedic Specialists regarding my bill. On November 23, 2022, I sent a letter to the billing department @ Orthopedic Specialists regarding the bill. On December 2, 2022, I called the billing department @ Orthopedic Specialists and I was forwarded to the collection agency cited above. They said that would contact Orthopedic Specialists regarding my bill and would reiterate that I should not have received a bill for the follow up visits since they were covered by the doctor's ********************** fee. I told the collection agency that the bill was in error and that I was disputing their claim for payment. I am hoping the Better Business Bureau could assist me in getting this erroneous bill cancelled. Thank you, ***********************
