1 starWe had a Mini-Split System installed by Vets 4 You Plumbing ************* that we paid $24.958.01 with a 5 year warranty.We had multiple visits by Vets 4 You techs which resulted in short term fixes. Recently we called Vets 4 You to request another service call for our failing system. Although we reached the same office staff we were now getting a company called Personal Plumbing ***************** and we were told Vets 4 You & another company named Excel ******************************** merged with them and they were handling their customer bases.We scheduled a appointment with Personal Plumbing and they tried to correct our system but as with Vets 4 You the problem shortly returned after multiple visits.After these visits from Personal Plumbing were not helping we spoke with a supervisor at their office who assured us he would send out a qualified repair tech but we would have to pay a service call fee which we did even though we had a 5 year extended warranty on the system which had cost us $24,958.01 for installation.The repair tech came out from Personal Plumbing and said the system had leaks and he would get them fixed. His work lasted the few times we used it during the winter. When summertime came we tried to use the system and it did not work properly again. We asked to speak with a Supervisor since this has been a never ending problem. This installation is less than 3 years old and still under its 5 year warranty. We worked with a Supervisor named *** and he agreed to send out another tech who specializes in mini-split systems.This latest service call resulted in us being told that all of the connections were leaking and were never properly installed and we were quoted $3500.00 for the work to be done. After speaking with supervisor he offered to lower service charge to $2500.00.I am a senior living on a fixed income and cannot afford a $2500.00 repair bill.I don't think they being honest with me. I cannot recommend Personal Plumbing to anyone.Review fromTroy J

All we interacted with were professionals, polite, and competent. Our issue began on a Sunday and I called the number and a real person answered the phone and set up an appointment for Monday morning. They arrived on time and gave us clear information about our water mess.Highly recommend.Personal Plumbing Inc

Great job! They replaced two old water heaters with a single tankless unit. The old system had a tangled mess of piping and vents. Thanks to ****'s craftmanship, we now have a neat, compact system in our garage.Personal Plumbing Inc

Found my plumber! The company runs seamlessly, from the office to the knowledgeable technicians in the field everything works like a well oiled machine.
