    I purchased A Beamu a couple years ago. It was a phenomenal piece of equipment but it failed rather quickly. The company was aware of a battery problem and I was told they were working on it. The company sent me a Replacement for the item that stopped working and it too failed in a few months.They replaced it for a second time and told me They were working on a redesign and I would be sent the new version as soon as it was in stock. The expected will be a few months but I had no problem waiting. I was truly happy with their products because it solved so many Of the problems I and the people I worked with had. It was almost like it was purpose built for us.We were all very supportive of the company because they seemed to be standing by their product and despite the issues they were having with first version we continued to promote the company to anyone that We believed would benefit from their product.Over the years since I became a customer I know for a fact that I sent well over 200 people To their website. I also know that a large percentage of those people purchased beamus for themselves and quite often their employees as well. I stayed in contact as best I was able through email. Often it would be months before I would hear back but I always heard back eventually in the beginning. Now every email I have sent has been ignored as have those sent by others who have had the same problem. People who I recommended the product 2 come down on me because I was The one guilty of getting them involved with a company that just didn't care.After almost a year of silence I heard back finally in November of 2022. I was told of course that I would be receiving my replacement with of the new version as soon as the next shipment came in.It is now November 2023 and Not only have I never received what I was promised, But no one will even reply anymore.The website is still up And there still making sales. They just ignore their customers after.
