We accept returns within 30 days for a refund, exchange, or credit — no questions asked.
Shipping fees are refunded only if Lotus Sculpture or the shipping carrier is at fault (e.g. damage or shipping error).If returning for personal reasons (e.g. changed your mind), shipping is not refunded and a 10% service fee applies.
