    The blinds do not hang correctly in many places. They have been here twice with no correction.Jeremymgr. will NOT return my calls. I am 73 year old widow and I need help getting anything done. Shame on them. ********* *****

    We have tried to contact the customer but she would not return our calls. It turns out she had  a new phone number.  This is the voicemail she left on 10/10:  

    "This message is for Jeremy. I'm Christine Riley. I'm returning your phone call. I just got your message cuz I don't use that phone anymore. I'm leaving town tomorrow and I'll be gone for over a week. I will call you when I get back. But in the meantime, take down this new phone number is 760-274-5048. I will call you sometime around the 20th. Thanks."

    We plan to follow-up with her when she returns and contacts us.

    Waiting for repair on blinds . Its been a year. Last communication 10/22/24. Was told blinds would be here Oct. 28. No blinds or communication.

    Ms ***** is scheduled to be installed on 17 December.  We have been in regular contact with her keeping her updated as to the progress of her order.  Despite abusive language from Ms ***** towards our general manager (at one point calling him a "f%^&%ing d#$k"), he has reached out to her at reasonable intervals to work through our issue resolution process.

    We ordered 3/4in. single cell blinds with the stipulation they would come up from the bottom up. We have windows next to our front door and we wanted to be able to look out and see who was on the porch without people peering in, which has happened. We asked ****** 3 times about the ability for the bottom up mechanism. She told us that it was available. The installer arrived 3 weeks later with top down blinds. We looked at the invoice which did not mention the size or the bottom up mechanism. So you have no proof that the mistake was on their end for the possibility of a refund if need be. We asked for a new invoice which they have not provided as of yet. They are going to try to see if they could do a drape for us.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
