    I started working with B****** ******* *****, in the Spring of 2021, from her Facebook page which states she runs a family medicine practice, but, I worked with her as a nutritionist. I purchased a package of 10 individual sessions under her recommendation, after falling prey to her promise she could heal me.

    My health was poor but stable prior to working with her, but deteriorated under her care. She assured me that my deterioration was a healing reaction, and then later when I failed to improve despite following her recommendations, she felt it was a result of my emotions, not her cleanse, and sold me another program for emotional healing, despite having no credentials for mental health. By our last session in November 2021, she had recommended drinking a cup of oil for gallstones while I was dealing with pancreatitis. At that point, I had become very sick.

    I reached out to Mrs.S**** in December 2022, to inquire about receiving a refund for my four unused paid sessions ($480 USD) as I was not aware of a refund policy at the time. I was ignored for one month. When she finally responded, she told me she did not have a refund policy, citing her terms and conditions from her website but these conditions had been updated since when I purchased my package of sessions from Mrs.S**** in 2021, as her new terms and conditions include services that were established after we started working together such as her B Well Health Club.

    My biggest concern is that in her follow-up email, she falsely accused me of never paying her for the package of ten individual consults. I sent Mrs. S**** my bank statement outlining proof of payment which clearly show That Mrs. S**** did receive the money, despite false accusations. I also have receipts from purchase which I forwarded to her at the time. She said these receipts were meaningless. On January 16th, she said she would investigate and respond within seven days business. She has still not responded despite follow-up attempts.
