    Date of the transaction was on April 14th this year in 2023, paid a total of $1,326.20 plus a $200 security deposit to rent a van. A total of $1,526.20. I cancelled the reservation online on April 26th three days prior to the set date to pick up the van. The day before, on April 25th Rachel **********, the supervisor of the Ontario AVR Van rental had emailed me asking if I would be using my personal insurance to cover the van, and on April 28th she emailed me about signing a contract for the rental, when I had already cancelled days before. I told her about my cancellation, which then she asked me questions on when and how I did it. I responded to her questions, after that she didn't attempt to email me back, but around a week passed and I never received the refund. So on May 4th I reached her through email, and she responded stating the accounting department of AVR Van Rental was successfully able to refund the prepaid amount plus the $200 security deposit. I was supposed to see the refund in 3-7 business days reflect on my account. I never received the refund and since then I have been attempting to reach Rachel through emails and phone calls, and I have not received any response from her. My last attempt to reach Rachel was on June 15th 2023 and She did not get back to me, Also, I made many phone calls with customer service, they told me on multiple occasions that someone would reach me within 24 hours to help me with my refund issue and they never got back to me. I called around ten times on different days, and through all of my attempts to fix the issue with customer service and Rachel I still have been waiting for my money back. It has become clear to me that they are ignoring the situation, putting me and the issue aside. The order/reservation number is #*************.
